These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7 Pillars mobile application and website, including all related services and features (collectively, the "Service"), operated by 7 Pillars ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, downloading the application, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and consent to their use of the Service on their behalf.
To use the Service, you must meet the following requirements:
7 Pillars is a personal financial operating system that aggregates financial data from third-party sources and uses artificial intelligence to deliver personalized daily summaries, insights, and guidance across eight areas of your financial life: Banking, Credit, Investments, Debt, Property, Insurance, Travel, and Tax.
7 Pillars also offers a Business workspace that provides small business owners with financial visibility across cash flow, credit, capital, loans, assets, insurance, and tax. Business workspace features are available on paid subscription plans.
Financial account connections are read-only. 7 Pillars cannot initiate transactions, move funds, or make changes to your financial accounts on your behalf.
The Service does not provide licensed financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. 7 Pillars is a financial information and organizational tool, not a licensed financial advisory service. Sophia, our AI advisor, provides general informational guidance based on aggregated data you provide. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, investment, or financial product.
You should not make financial decisions based solely on information provided by the Service. We strongly encourage you to consult a qualified financial advisor, licensed investment professional, or attorney before making significant financial decisions.
7 Pillars is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and is not regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, or any state financial regulatory authority in connection with the services provided through this application.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Certain features of the Service, including the Business workspace, require a paid subscription. Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policies.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information about you. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal or financial data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose.

The Service and all of its contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the "7 Pillars" and "Sophia" names and branding — are owned by 7 Pillars and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without our express prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data, AI-generated guidance, or other information provided through the Service. Financial data is sourced from third parties and may not always reflect your current account status.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 7 PILLARS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 7 Pillars and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Legal & Security → Delete my account. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Sections 04, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16 will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You agree that any claim arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.
